Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to any purchaser (the “Purchaser”) and cardholder (the “Cardholder”), collectively referred to as the “User”. By purchasing or using the Gift Card, the User agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Issuer and Distributor

The Gift Card is issued by Giftify.

Currency

The Gift Card is issued and purchased exclusively in Euros (EUR), the legal currency of the country in which it is issued.

Loading Funds

Additional funds cannot be added to the Gift Card after the initial purchase, except when a merchant processes a refund to the Card.

Regulation

The Gift Card is not a regulated product and is not subject to Electronic Money Regulations or Payment Services Regulations.
