Casa das Peles is a company created in 1961, initially having an activity in the personal name of "Miguel Martins da Silva" its founder, although it was known as Casa das Peles.
At the beginning of its activity, in a space of 200 m2 in National Road No. 3 (where it made the cut, the confection and the commercialization of leather clothing), it had a privileged location since this road at the time was the main connection between Santarém and Lisbon.
In 1988 a rebranding is carried out for Casa das Peles Confecções Lda and with a family shareholder structure.
